Long and Lean with Kara of FITloft

This dynamic workout class sculpts long, lean muscles through high-rep, low-impact exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, and core-challenging gliders. Every move targets strength, flexibility, and control—leaving you feeling lengthened, toned, and totally fired up.
