Debra and her team have produced numerous speed networking events, business workshops, and community programs across New York and New Jersey, helping professionals connect, collaborate, and grow.
In addition, she is the creator of the Gold Women’s Business Conference, an annual gathering focused on leadership, business development, and wellness.
As a breast cancer survivor and wellness advocate, Debra also leads Gold Wellness Circle, a nonprofit initiative promoting health awareness, mental wellness, and empowerment.
