Sound bath guests will also receive swag bags filled with surprises from our sponsors and participants.

Sacred Spark: An Anointing Ceremony with Reiki Sound Healing Bath
Led by Maria O’Brien, The Woo Ess & Connie Viglietti, The Priestess.
The opening ceremony for Sacred Self - Together, Maria and Connie channel the rare, untamable energy of the Fire Horse, a zodiac force that breaks cycles, ignites bold movement, and awakens soul-level clarity.
Connie opens the ceremony with a sacred anointing ritual using high-frequency oils and intuitive touch to help participants: connect to their deepest desires, awaken the limbic system through scent and memory and activate intuition and dissolve stagnation.
Maria then guides a 30-minute immersive Reiki Sound Bath, layered with live harmonic vocals sung by The Priestess. Connie’s voice is raw, soul-stirring, and emotionally resonant, a frequency that opens portals, pierces through blocks, and stirs the spirit awake. When paired with Reiki and indigenous instruments, the soundscape becomes a multidimensional healing experience.
Together, this ceremony cracks open the chakras, clears the meridians, harmonizes the energetic field, and invites participants to step into 2026 embodied, sovereign, and ablaze with Fire Horse energy, ready to take the reins of their destiny.

Join us at 11:30 AM on Saturday for an FREE session of energizing and heart-centered yoga session with Vinni Taneja, the Spiritual Guruness of Chakra Wellness. This free offering is open to all levels—from curious first-timers to devoted yogis—and is a beautiful way to reconnect with your body and breath in community. Vinni’s practice weaves movement, mindfulness, and intention to leave you feeling grounded and uplifted. RSVP is required, and we kindly ask that you bring your own mat, towel, and water. Come as you are and experience the transformative power of this ancient practice.
Cacao Infused Mindful Movement and Meditation Experience
This cacao-infused mindful movement and meditation experience begins with ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant ally that supports connection, emotional clarity, and presence while gently enhancing focus and circulation. From there, participants are guided through restorative mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork designed to support mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall balance. The experience ends with a guided meditation and reflective journaling to integrate insights and deepen the mind–body–heart connection. This come-as-you-are workshop is accessible to all levels and bodies, offering a nourishing space to reconnect through heart, breath, and movement.

This guided journey moves intentionally through each of the seven energy centers, allowing sound and vibration to gently clear stagnation, calm the nervous system, and realign your energy from root to crown.
