Restore Your Balance with Sound Bath, Chakra Balancing & Reiki with Vinni Taneja of Chakra Wellness
You’ll be guided through a chakra-balancing journey with healing sounds from singing bowls, gong, and bells from Nepal, while receiving Reiki energy to support emotional and energetic clearing. Through guided meditation and breath work, we’ll move through each of the seven chakras, letting go of what no longer serves and creating space for new clarity and purpose.
Together, we’ll activate your inner healer and awaken the power of conscious manifestation. A brief integration circle will follow the sound bath to share reflections and anchor in your intentions.

Join us at 11:30 AM for an FREE session of energizing and heart-centered yoga session with Vinni Taneja, the Spiritual Guruness of Chakra Wellness. This free offering is open to all levels—from curious first-timers to devoted yogis—and is a beautiful way to reconnect with your body and breath in community. Vinni’s practice weaves movement, mindfulness, and intention to leave you feeling grounded and uplifted. RSVP is required, and we kindly ask that you bring your own mat, towel, and water. Come as you are and experience the transformative power of this ancient practice.
