You don’t have to avoid conflict. You just have to learn how to use it.
Join Altagracia Montilla, facilitator, community architect, and conflict coach, for an introduction to Conflict Bravery™—a practice for navigating conflict with more courage, clarity, and intention.
Women are often taught to keep the peace, soften our truth, and make ourselves smaller when things get uncomfortable.
But what becomes possible when we learn to meet conflict differently?
Conflict is part of every relationship, workplace, and community. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to engage tension, have the conversations that matter, and use conflict as a catalyst for the change you want to create, while developing the courage to take up space, trust yourself, and step more fully into your power.
Becoming conflict brave means changing the way you navigate tension—and, in the process, becoming a more expansive, authentic, and powerful version of yourself. More of you. More of who you’re meant to be.
Come ready to expand the way you perceive conflict.📅

🚗 Parking: Use the lots at 1 Lackawanna Plaza (our front entrance) or 227 Bloomfield Ave (our rear entrance) . Download the HONK app or scan a QR code on-site to pay ($2.50/hr) and avoid a ticket. First 45 minutes are free.
♿️ Accessibility:Lackawanna Station is an ADA accessible building with no stairs to navigate. We have a single-room, non-gender-specific restroom inside RecRoom, and there are 2 more inside the station.
📍Once You’re Inside: We’re the first door on the right when you come into the main entrance at 1 Lackawanna Plaza.
