Come join Pilates Instructor, Melissa for pilates in the Big Room at Lackawanna Station this Summer. Each workout will incorporate a blend of core stability and mat exercises to tighten and tone your abs, legs, glutes and more! A post stretch and a short meditation will be included to create greater focus and calm.
