Join us for New Jersey’s most vibrant Día de los Muertos celebration — a three-day festival honoring life, memory, and community. Set inside the iconic, newly renovated Lackawanna Plaza, Latinos of Montclair transforms the space into a vibrant hub featuring dozens of Latino vendors, breathtaking performances, curated ticketed experiences, and New Jersey’s largest community altar — a celebration with something for everyone.

Across 3 unforgettable days, Día de los Muertos 2025 transforms Lackawanna Station to showcase

🌼 A Mercadito, featuring over 70 artisans and food vendors offering authentic crafts, jewelry, art, and flavors from across Latin America and New Jersey.

🌼 A curated community altar, designed by local Mexican artist and entrepreneur Lilia Rios, owner of La Providence — New Jersey’s largest provider of authentic Mexican goods — honoring ancestors through breathtaking artistry and tradition.

🌼 A series of free public programming each day, with performances, cultural showcases, and family-friendly experiences that bring our community together in joy and remembrance.
